About Us
Compassionate. Collaborative. Comprehensive.
In 2023, Dr. Melissa K. Hunt founded the Center for Psychological Health with a vision: to create a compassionate mental health co-op where, in a single location, a family could find the highest quality care for each of its members, and an individual could seek healing for all aspects of self. While our multidisciplinary team has a wide range of expertise, we are a small business at heart and in practice. The Center prides itself on its warm community atmosphere.

Our Promise
We strive to provide care that is Compassionate, Collaborative, and Comprehensive.
Compassionate. Whether one is completing a psychological assessment, seeking help with parenting stress, or taking the courageous step of starting psychotherapy, we treat each person with compassion.
Collaborative. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. That’s why we collaborate with each client to create an individualized treatment plan for their unique needs. Additionally, our clinicians work collaboratively to coordinate care and share clinical wisdom.
Comprehensive. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to providing comprehensive, holistic treatment. By providing consultation and evaluation services alongside therapy and coaching services, we gain deeper understanding of our clients’ struggles and approach support and solutions from multiple angles. We also value the importance of treating both the individual and relationships. Because of this, we offer services for the child, teen, couple, and family–we treat the whole person, and the whole family.
